CLARINET - EDI AND CATALOGUE SYNCHRONISATION

A framework that enables the lining-up of product catalogues, the electronic exchange of documents and electronic invoicing between buyers and sellers, constituting the base of the entire supply chain.
Software solutions developed on this platform are divided into the following applications:
1) CLARINET Datapool
This is a catalogue synchronisation solution that enables the line-up of logistics and product information between buyers and sellers.
CLARINET Datapool software is the basis for the data line-up service of GS1 organisations in Belgium/Luxemburg, Greece and Venezuela. This platform is certified on the global product data synchronisation network (GDSN – Global Data Synchronisation Network), and is used as a support technology for entities that want to deliver this kind of service. The potential clients of the CLARINET solution are the members of the GS1world organisation and companies that want to implement purchase centres.
2) CLARINET GDSN Connector
The CLARINET GDSN Connector additional module is aimed at entities that already have a catalogue synchronisation system but want to be connected to GDSN worldwide network.
The GDSN network enables the logistic and product data synchronisation between suppliers and retailers to be carried out on a worldwide scale. The CLARINET GDSN Connector software enables the integration of any Data Synchronisation Catalogue (Datapool) with the GDSN network.
3) CLARINET Trade
CLARINET Trade is a framework developed by SOFTLIMITS that enables the implementation of solutions for document and electronic invoicing exchange with legal value. It is aimed at organisations that want all the mechanisms needed for relating electronically with their clients and/or suppliers, without depending upon external intermediaries.
CLARINET Trade is, thus, an integration tool that has translation and digital signature modules for documents, enabling their integration directly into the companies’ ERP and documentary management systems, and which simultaneously has communications modules (AS11,AS2, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP).
